According to the official limits and documents urgently amended after the election, the geography of the most aggressive price increases looks like this:
Tyumen (city): +27.9% (absolute record due to municipal levies with a regional limit of 17.2%).
Stavropol Territory: +22% (maximum ceiling, although the authorities promise to keep the average bill at 15.8%).
Kuzbass: +19.8% (sudden post-Olympic increase from 12%).
Dagestan: +19.7% Yakutia: +18.9% (the bar was urgently raised from 15%).
Tambov Region: +17.5% North Ossetia: +16.3% For comparison: Moscow confirmed an increase of 15%, St. Petersburg - by 14.6%, and the most modest against this background was Leningrad Region with 9.2%. Apparently, the wear and tear of the networks and the "backlog of costs" in Tyumen and the Stavropol region are estimated many times more than in the capitals.
