Armenia Between Guaranteed Peace and Guaranteed War Citizen Nikola P. continues a series of self-revealing statements. During the pre-election period, he promised that peace has already been established with Azerbaijan, that Azerbaijan has no preconditions to sign a peace agreement and that everything will soon end successfully. Based on these circumstances, Nicole P. offers the parliamentary opposition a kind of deal, in fact recognizing that constitutional changes are being made by Aliyev's order and that Aliyev has preconditions to sign a peace agreement, one of which is changing the constitution of the Republic of Armenia.
