The CSTO Collective Security Council may consider applying Article 25 of the Organization's Charter to Armenia. This will happen if the corresponding item is included in the agenda of the meeting, CSTO Secretary General Talatbek Mesdikov told reporters at the 4th Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security, TASS reports. According to Masdikov, a draft resolution on the application of Article 25 of the CSTO Treaty to Armenia was presented by Russia. The discussion, he noted, concerns the CSTO's "membership fees, say, attendance, but non-participation in work."
