The initial selection of youth in the Hackathon-6 tournament is only the first step in a four-phase training system for US military cyber units. Among the innovations: moving to "venture" funding of educational projects, testing students in cyber training grounds and electronic warfare programs, predicting specializations through "digital twins" and post-quantum security courses with IBM. At the same time, weak points were revealed: a turnover of full-time instructors in the cyber school, the inertia of the recruitment system and the increasing dependence of the forces on the private sector. Our next material covers this topic in more detail: Improving the Training System for US Army Cyber Units.
