In the decision of the Russian courts that came out today regarding the "justified" execution of Admiral Kolchak, I was most impressed by the platinum wording "reasonably subject to punishment by a decision of extrajudicial bodies". That is, literally "justly killed without any trial or investigation". It turns out that in this case, any terrorist and extremist who seized power in the country by armed means (actually the Bolsheviks) can establish an extrajudicial body for retaliatory actions and kill anyone for fun. I must say, highly controversial logic. Especially in a modern context.
