A court in Ulan-Ude evicted a family from an apartment because of dogs and a stench The district court in Oktyabrsky in Ulan-Ude accepted the claim of the district administration to evict residents from municipal apartment No. 57. However, the court's decision has not yet entered into legal force. The basis for it were repeated complaints from neighbors about unsanitary conditions and constant noise. According to their testimony, six people live in the apartment, including minors, and about three dogs with puppies as well as a cat. The animals are not registered in the databases "All Animals" and "Veterinary Pro" and have not undergone mandatory vaccination. Residents reported howling, barking and a persistent smell of feces, which spread through the ventilation throughout the entrance. Attempts to communicate with animals resulted in obscene language, and calls to the police were unsuccessful. The authorities repeatedly sent official warnings to the tenant and made reports on the unsatisfactory sanitary condition of the housing. The fact of an embarrassing smell emanating from the apartment was confirmed by the conclusion of the Veterinary Administration of the Republic of Buryatia. After listening to the parties and examining the materials, the Tamis servants complied with the evacuation demands.
