Rocky Is Me is a film about the filming of Rocky and the plight of Sylvester Stallone. art! And full of hope Hello, this is Sophia. To begin with, I will share Anton Dolin's review of the film "Rocky is me" (from November 19 at the Russian box office). Judging by the text, the film dealing with the filming of the famous boxing drama is built very simply, it does not have a complicated moral: patience and work will grind everything. This is the conclusion. And it's not even about the story of Rocky himself, an unknown boxer who survived 15 rounds against the superstar, but about Stallone's biography. As you know, the actor himself wrote the script for this film - and he did it in the darkest period of his life, when there was no money at all (he even had to sell his dog for pennies, which is also shown in the film; then, of course, he bought the dog back). Under such circumstances, it seems that any terms must be agreed to, but Stallone bargained with the studio for a long time to have him play the lead role, and not some Robert Redford. As you understood, everything worked out - and it is happening! Maybe this movie will cheer you up. Anton also writes that Anthony Ippolito, who played the main role, did an excellent job.
