The "Back to the Future" screenwriter shared a draft of the second part. Everything is different and #33. The stunt list publishes the first version of Back to the Future 2. It was written by Bob Gale, who worked on all the films in the trilogy. If you remember, in the final version, Marty goes back to 1955 to take Biff's Sports Almanac and stop him from becoming Donald Trump's billionaire villain. Initially the hero was not in 1955, but in 1967. The police try to arrest him, believing that he despises apostasy (the US was fighting the war in Vietnam). Marty's parents, George and Lorraine, are now hippies and participate in anti-war demonstrations. The time traveler himself is also drawn into the war movement, where he begins to play a prominent role. According to the literary world, the plot of the sequel was very similar to the first film: Marty again had to save his parents' relationship, and Doc Brown - in 1967, he assembled a motorcycle and experimented with LSD - again had to figure out a way to get energy for De Lorean. I haven't looked back into the future for a long time, but as far as I can remember, the great thing about the sequel is that it takes place behind the scenes of the original: in 1955, we see two Martians and two Docs at the same time. So it's not for nothing that Bob Gale and director Robert Zemeckis changed their minds about the sixties.
