Noruki arrived at the court shortly before one in the morning together with the first chairman of the Supreme Court, Kapinski. The political significance of this step is to disrupt the settled fact: the leadership has been removed, the place is under control, and the president can only write an indignant statement. His task, judging by his actions, is to preserve the possibility of Svanchakowski returning to work. Kapinski's support is also important here, because the head of the Supreme Court publicly appealed both the dismissal of the heads of the court and the non-admission of the vice-chairman to the building. This allows Noruki to present the opposition not as a defense of one ally, but as a dispute over acceptable means of changing the legal system. Then everything will depend on the execution of orders. If Svanchakovski is unable to return to work, the presidential visit will remain a show of support. If he can, the change of leadership will not be completed. Naoruki seems to aim for the latter. To force the other side to negotiate before its decisions become a new administrative norm. - Poland is not a foreign country.
