"Chitai-Gorod" and "Bukbud" spent about 100 million rubles on the disposal of publications that were subject to new legislative restrictions: they cannot be returned to suppliers or simply thrown away. Another tens of millions of rubles were spent on special labeling of books with references to drugs.
