The management of St. Petersburg, and not the municipalities, was proposed to manage shell garages and parking in yards: they do not have such powers.
Seats will only be reserved for people with approved disabilities. If a person loses this status or tries to transfer the garage to relatives, the object will be confiscated and given to another person in need.
