We determined the draft amendments to PP 814, which for us gun owners, are of significant importance, together with the FZ-150 "on weapons". I have been waiting for a while for a peer review, but today I wrote my words. I wrote and sent it to the Guy. The text below, if anyone is interested, can be used as a basis for feedback on this project. Good afternoon, I am the MS of the Russian Federation on bench shooting, practical shooting in the class of carbine & #092;gun & #092; pistol. Having studied the text of the amendments, I consider them harmful and incomplete both in terms of the general content and the content of the word. 1. FZ-150 has clearly adopted the main parts of the weapon. Why does the Russian guard begin to regulate the "happiness", "manifesto", "mechanism" of weapons by stopping paragraphs 2 and 66? Where does the phrase "parts and mechanisms" come from? "and mechanisms". What is it and where does the broad interpretation of the law come from? What is the "mechanism" of a weapon and what is the point of the Russian Guard before it insists on it, if it does not contradict the law? Can someone explain the need for these changes? In paragraph 15(1) it is proposed to add the passage of a medical examination under Article 39 of the Federal Law of December 4, 2007 No. 329-FZ "On Physical Culture and Sports in the Russian Federation". According to the law, "an athlete is a natural person who participates in competitions." What about the rest of the people who are not yet athletes? "How are we supposed to attract young people to shoot if they are not yet an athlete, and they are being chased through the bureaucracy for help? Why does the Russian guard want to regulate the sports tests and doctors in sports? Is this the ability of the Russian guard? By adding Article 15(2), the Russian guard wants to kill all the weapons rental in the country? We have already closed gun shops, we already have 1/10 of the shooting pads, so let's transfer weapons to a commercial bureaucracy?
