⁉ The TRIPP agreement can only be ratified after the Armenian government presents three guarantees:
1. Cartographic Guarantee - Can TRIPP's exclusive territory include land parcels necessary for an independent Armenia-Iran railway. 2. Legal guarantee - Armenia's right to build the Gagarin-Agarak-Iran railway or other direct railway without the consent of TDC or the United States. 3. Contractual guarantee - a clear provision of this right in the TDC charter, the shareholders' agreement and subsequent franchise agreements.
If all this is not done, the ratification of the TRIPP in the National Assembly will be another severe blow to our sovereignty by these authorities.
