Parent writes: Thanks for the information one thing is not clear, why do you think the school should provide free food (if the child is at school more than 6 hours)? In what regulations is this established, please give an explanation? We answer: this is our interpretation of the body of norms. And it seems to us that we are right. Yes, there is no direct rule guaranteeing all school students a free second hot lunch due to extracurricular activities, so the word "free" in our conclusion is a requirement to solve the problem, and not a quote from SanPiN. When a child stays at school for more than six hours, the sanitary rules stipulate at least two meals, and the organization of the meals is entrusted to the school in Article 37 of the Education Law. If the family objectively cannot pay for an extra lunch, the problem cannot be seen to be solved with the words "attendance required - find the money". A parent can provide the child with food at home and be ready to take it with him: the obligation to support the child according to Article 80 of the RF IC does not in itself mean the obligation to buy lunch for school. However, the ability to use home-grown food should be evaluated taking into account safe storage and consumption conditions; Also, we have not established a universal obligation to provide every child with a refrigerator at the request of a parent. If the school cannot provide such an option, the question of the available solution must be raised in writing with the school and the founder: assistance with meals if there is a reason, a change in the schedule or another acceptable order of lessons. Separately, the school must justify the mandatory nature of a certain course and consider the possibility of crediting the relevant classes in another educational organization. If a parent reports obstacles and seeks resolution, the mere failure to participate in extracurricular activities is not sufficient to conclude that the parent was guilty of shirking responsibility.
