My eldest son and I visited the Moscow Museum of Transport - this is an amazing museum 5 minutes' walk from Lukhovsky, on Novoryazanskaya Street. In 3 hours we just walked around the first floor of the former Melnikov garage and learned a lot about how Moscow residents lived in the 19th century, how they got around the city, how much it cost to travel around the city. How the network of horse carriages and trams developed in the capital, when the first buses and trolleybuses appeared, how new cars were designed and how the garage culture arose after the victory in the Great Patriotic War.

The exhibition displays real models of horse cars, trams, buses, trolleybuses and special equipment, although you can only enter and sit in the legendary Icarus - an accordion. Even the prototype of the promising NAMI taxi appeared before our eyes live. Benny set a record in the virtual assembly of a Moskovich engine and actively participated in many interactive tasks presented in the best exhibition on transportation that he had ever seen. Ilya even tried on a virtual suit. We got to know the technologies of the future and watched 3D panoramas of the future Moscow. We no longer have the strength to go to the subway floor. We will definitely come again! Come with or without children - the exhibition is amazing, and afterwards - pray and thank God for everything in our cathedral.
