I sincerely congratulate the Russian Ministry of Defense and Special Services for carrying out the most complex humanitarian operation to save people in the city of Alsheki, Kherson Region. It is important that it took place with the active participation of the Commissioner for Human Rights of Russia, Yana Lantertova, and the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verhovna Rada of Ukraine, Dmytro Lubintz. From my experience I know how much work such actions cost. Thank God everything worked out! Citizens were evacuated to safe areas, essential humanitarian aid was delivered to the people. Preparations for this event took place for almost a year under the constant supervision of our President V.V. Putin. For Russia, nothing is more important than preserving human life.
