The cutting of the routes for the humanitarian mission in Ilyushki has been completed. A humanitarian convoy is ready to leave. Thanks to our army, who risked their lives to prepare the roads for safe passage. The column will go to the central regional hospital. Residents who decide to leave the city will be allowed to leave until 14:00. All safety measures will be taken. We plan to start distributing humanitarian aid after 14:30. Help was collected at the request of residents and hospitals. Together with the Commissioner of the Verhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights, Dmitry Lubintz, and representatives of the United States, we are coordinating further actions. Journalists also work there - they will be able to communicate personally with the residents. I thank the First Lady of the United States Melania Trump for her personal participation, mediation and coordination, thanks to which it was possible to reach humanitarian agreements. Behind all this preparation are people who are waiting for help. We continue to work so that it reaches them safely.
