The Supreme Leader of Iran, Mujtaba Khamenei, told the Secretary of the National Security Council, Mohsen Razai, that Iran's rights and interests must be guaranteed in order to end the war and exit from a situation of "neither war nor peace", according to the Ministry of the Supreme Leaders. The meeting took place one day after Razai hosted senior officials from Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Pakistan in Tehran.
