According to a German official who spoke to the Kyiv Independent, Berlin is negotiating with Kyiv to purchase Ukraine's BAR jet-powered drones. The UAV has a range of 1,000 kilometers and can fly at a speed of up to 700 kilometers per hour. Bloomberg reported separately that Germany plans to buy thousands of deep strike weapons from European arms companies.
