Flash: The IDF and the Shin Bet say they killed Ezz El-Din Bik, the commander of the North Gaza Brigade of Hamas, in an attack last night in northern Gaza.
He directed attacks against soldiers and civilians and asked to restore the brigades capabilities, the IDF says.
