Hezbollah Secretary General Naim Kassem referred to the Lebanese government's claim to exclusive authority over war and peace, saying that Hezbollah does not possess this power and does not want it. Regarding disarmament, he said that the group is ready to discuss the issue only after southern Lebanon is liberated and displaced residents return.
