Hezbollah leader Naim Kassem, first comment on the Ali al-Tahr Ridge:

"Baali al-Tahr had a firm stand for three months and in all places there was a firm stand for several months, but maintaining the territory is not what we did."

Qassem said fighters left for other areas and returned under a policy of alternating attack and withdrawal. The resistance, according to him, operates according to profit and loss calculations and prevents the occupation from establishing itself.
