South Korean President Lee Jae-myung openly criticized Ukrainian President Zelensky for publicly revealing the transfer of two North Korean prisoners of war to South Korea in his speech to the United Nations General Assembly.
Lee called the disclosure "very unfortunate," saying it violated a nondisclosure agreement and could create diplomatic and national security problems.
