EU foreign policy chief, Kaja Kalas, on Trump inviting Putin to the G20:

"It is very difficult to hear Putin's invitation to the G20, because considering that even a few days ago there were Russian intelligence officers accused of murdering Americans on American soil.

So my question is, are these intelligence officers acting, you know, on their own, or are they taking orders from Vladimir Putin? And I can tell you that they receive orders from President Putin."
