The Russian Foreign Ministry on the drone attack on a train carrying foreign visitors in Ukraine: train and transport hubs that served the interests of the Ukrainian military are legal targets.
The ministry said foreign diplomats were warned in May to leave Kyiv, and called on Western politicians and diplomats to "soberly" assess the risks.
