Operation "Carthage": NABU and SAP uncovered a new criminal organization.
The participants organized systematic bribery of senior law enforcement officials for the uninterrupted operation of fraudulent call centers and other illegal businesses.
The organizer was a person convicted several times in the past, who engaged in criminal activities of the current senior officials of the SBU, the General Prosecutor's Office, the National Police and representatives of the criminal environment.
At least 12 people were involved in its composition.
