The mayor of Dnipro, Boris Filatov, reported the tragedy in the city after a Russian drone hit a civilian electric train. According to him, there are many dead and wounded. Filatov called on his colleagues not to limit themselves to statements about damage to infrastructure, but to speak directly about the nature of the Russian war against Ukraine.
