According to him, the government together with the businesses should come up with a new model, when all workers will be invited, and the factories will receive recruitment quotas. The Prime Minister emphasizes that this model is "ideal", but it will make it possible to stop the mobilization in the streets. Koretsky also stated that the issue of increasing responsibility for evaders is on the agenda.
