Its use in this condition is not safe due to the possibility of electric shock due to the electrical connection between the contact elements of the electrical plug. During the inspection of the welding machine, operational defects were found as well as changes in the design of the equipment - the standard handle of the device was replaced with a metallic one, which creates a risk of electric shock.
