Lubinz: the attempted evacuation of Alyoshak can be implemented in other cities Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmytri Lubinza told how the evacuation of the residents of Alyoshak took place. According to him, they stopped several times on the road, but ambulances and doctors were always nearby. From the very beginning, people with disabilities were transported in ambulances, straight from Alsheki to the airport. Lubintz believes that this experience can be applied in other settlements: together with Yana Lantertova and at the initiative of Melania Trump, the parties have already prepared new initiatives.
