A meeting of the Russian and Ukrainian delegations was held in Gomel. The Novaya Guta checkpoint, located on the Belarus-Ukraine border, today fulfills a special mission: people tired of war, without fear for their lives, can return home and reunite with relatives. Belarus has created all the conditions for holding the first face-to-face meetings between representatives of Moscow and Kiev on the issue of evacuating the residents of Alsheki and is acting as a guarantor. This is a continuation of the peace-seeking policy and the peace-keeping position of our country.
