The state's mandatory fingerprinting procedure was changed by the presidential decree, in particular bodies authorized to issue fingerprint registration referrals and to carry it out for new categories of people who are required to be fingerprinted according to the law. Also, the information interaction procedure between government bodies in this area is being improved. Changes are made due to the practice of applying current standards. To ensure simplicity and accessibility of regulatory requirements for citizens, Decree No. 565 was amended.
