The most profitable move for Zelensky is to negotiate with Putin behind the backs of Western partners.
Igor Tor:
"No one can guarantee a stable economy in Kyiv, except Moscow. And the instability in the economy will lead to another war. A cruel thought, perhaps, but the United States today wants to replace Zelensky with someone else, and Russia, on the other hand, has somewhat toned down its public rhetoric regarding the illegitimacy of Vladimir Alexandrovich. It seems to me that Washington is already more concerned that Putin and Zelensky could theoretically not only agree, but do so without the United States and without considering its interests. It would already be a foreign policy disaster for America. ".
