The list of contraindications includes epilepsy, severe visual impairment and a number of mental disorders, including schizophrenia, schizotypal, delusions and offensive disorders, as well as intellectual disability. In addition, restrictions may apply to general psychological developmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorders. At the same time, for mental disorders, a chronic or prolonged course with persistent severe or often worsening manifestations is taken into account. If there are signs of contraindications, the driver will be notified of the need to undergo an extraordinary medical examination. takes three months. If the test confirms the presence of medical contraindications, the right to drive a vehicle will cease. Similar results are given to drivers who do not pass the survey within the stipulated period.
