The Quality of Life Council discusses initiatives that provide a direct response to the needs of the residents of the Leningrad region. I thank the first deputy general of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, Igor Olgovich Krachin, for his participation in the meeting and greatly appreciated the work of the region both within the quality of life councils and in general in the implementation of initiatives in the social field of the region. A single portal for support measures, social sponsorship for mothers-to-be, an urban standard for supporting families with children - these and other projects discussed in the past in the council have already been implemented. Our advice is included in the national model for improving the quality of life. We were among the first to sign a parallel agreement with the Agency for Strategic Initiatives in SPIEF. I am grateful to the agency for this step: the model allows us to apply the best practices of other regions and share ours. We considered three areas: targeted social support, digitalization of public services and ecology. Let's look at each "level". "Sign of Salvation" As part of the "Sign of Salvation" project, the Center for Searching for Missing Persons is ready to test the use of tracking tags in the Leningrad region for 2,000 residents from special risk groups - people prone to disorientation, the elderly, children and people with special needs. This is a joint project of the center, Lisa Hatrah and SberInsurance of Life, implemented in the Leningrad region with the assistance of the regional branch of Sberbank. The compact device helps to track the location of loved ones in real time: it transmits low-frequency Bluetooth signals, and nearby smartphones record them and transmit information to the smartphone using the "Rescue Sign" application. All that remains is to ensure the awareness of the intelligence services and to determine the operating procedure of the department's employees upon discovering such a sign on citizens from special risk groups. "Digital Social Protection" We have already transferred 100% of the social protection support measures for SVO participants and their families to electronic form.
