During the work trip, the Chairman of the Health Committee of the Leningrad region, Alexander Zharkov, got acquainted with the operation of the equipment. The new device was placed in the radiology department as part of the modernization plan of the primary health services of the national project "long and active lives". The RENEX KRDTs T20/T2000 complex is designed to perform a wide variety of research. With its help, experts can check the organs of the chest, bones and joints, and diagnose the organs of the abdomen and the urinary system. The equipment is also used in urology and gynecology, in particular urography, angiography and hysterosalpingography. A rotating tripod table with an inclination from +90 to 30° allows to take pictures in different projections without moving the patient. This is especially important for elderly and sick people with limited mobility. Digital image processing produces clear and detailed images, helping doctors better assess patients' health. Modern equipment also reduces radiation exposure during the test. As Alexander Zharkov pointed out, the installation of the new complex expands the diagnostic capabilities of a medical institution, and also helps to increase the speed and convenience of tests. "A new digital X-ray diagnostic complex was purchased as part of the modernization plan for the primary health services (long and active life national project). The complex allows for a wide spectrum of studies: radiography of the chest and the musculoskeletal system, diagnostics of the urinary system, performing survey images of the abdominal cavity, hysterosalpingography, urography and angiography," said Alexander Zaharkovography.
