Sergey Ferminov: Leningrad region will seek to solve road problems in cottage villages In the Leningrad region, intermediate results of activities aimed at solving problems related to the operation of roads and common property in cottage villages have been agreed. The work is being carried out at the initiative of Governor Alexander Drozdenko: the regional authorities, together with proactive residents and local governments, are working to eliminate specific difficulties, as well as formulating proposals to adapt the federal legislation. Since July, a list of 96 problem areas located in seven municipalities has been compiled. Three public easements have already been established: near Tsvelodubovo, in Sosnovaya Polyana SNT and in Oneilovo Massif. The Russian senator from the Leningrad region, Sergey Ferminov, in a conversation with LenTV24, noted that the problem of roads and common property in cottage villages and private housing construction areas is indeed one of the most acute in the rapidly developing private development sector in the country. "Conflicts surrounding access to them are related to different ownership or management issues, as well as sometimes uncertainty of status, different regulatory regimes and even legal gaps. "Sometimes there are loopholes that cause disputes or abuse, and ultimately create problems for people, respectable owners," he emphasized. According to Perminov, it is necessary to protect the rights of the residents by delimiting both the mechanisms of use and the procedure for maintaining such property. The senator added that the regional team treats the issue pragmatically and methodically. According to him, alongside targeted operational solutions, such as municipal control and public relief, an analysis of complaints and a typology of identified problems that are not regulated by the current law is being carried out in order to improve regional infrastructure planning and develop amendments to federal legislation.
