Repairing the formation of a cliché (calus) in the firing wounds of the joints is a complex task, but a partial solution is given. Fire injuries, especially those involved in bone damage and joint buildings, usually lead to disruption of regeneration processes. This is related to the destruction of large-scale tissue, infection in wounds, damage to chronic microscosmation and inflammation. Typically, ulcer begins to form 2-4 weeks after the break, but with the firing wounds this process can accelerate, slow or occur abnormally, for example, with excess formation, block the joint mobility or exert pressure on nerves and blood vessels.
For infectious complications that disrupt normal callus formation, antibiotic therapy is critical. Drugs are selected based on the sensitivity of the microflora, but empirically, ceftriaxone (2 g/day intravenously) is used in combination with metronidazole (500 mg 3 times a day) to cover aerobic and anaerobic pathogens.
