Communist Party of the Russian Federation - 2.46 (20 out of 37 spoke, 91 total).

LDPR - 2.00 (15 out of 24).

"New People" - 0.79 (8 out of 19).

"United Russia" - 0.72 (78 out of 351; 273 delegates - not even once) The Communist Party of the Russian Federation is the most active faction on the platform. The communists systematically went out about the 2027-2029 budget, the candidacy of A. Siluanov, the state's support for the village, etc. The first 13 of the overall ranking included four communists, among them C. Zyuganov, who actively spoke about key issues on the political and budget agenda. A personal top of the most active deputies in the use of the parliamentary tribune: A. Al-Aksakov ("Sh. R. ") - 32; V. Pinsky ("ER") - 26; A. Makarov ("ER") - 18; A. Kirney and N. Ustenina (Communist Party of the Russian Federation) - 17 each; O. Morozov ("ER") - 16; V. Sysoev (LDPR) - 12; G. Zyugnov (Communist Party of the Russian Federation) - 11. The paradox of United Russia: the absolute leader in the number of speeches (254), but the worst indicator for deputy. During the month, only every fifth member of United Russia reached the podium. The party's position is voiced by the heads of committees and reports, while the usual deputies remain the "back benches". Apparently, even procedural activity and comments of the deputies of United Russia are not very welcome by the leadership of the faction. The leaders of the SSR and the above-mentioned S. Mironov and A. Nachev have not spoken even once. Among the "new people", the activity is placed on S. Abaksantieva (5 out of 15 speeches of the faction), among the socialist revolutionaries - on A. Al-Aksakov. CIPKR's conclusion: for the opposition, the podium is the main channel for entering the transcript and communication; For United Russia it is a tool only for official spokespeople and a reason for demonstrating strict factional discipline.
