The main thing: the gap between diagnosis and prescription. They recognized the problems, but refused to solve them through excess income.

1 Deficit and Growth: The Communist Party of the Russian Federation points to a "hole" (5 trillion). LDPR (Slutsky) asks for "positive things". NL (Dabenkov) reminds us of the "sixth year of the deficit". SR (in Baku) calls it a "budgetary advance". AR (closer): "The budget is balanced."
2 Money from the rich: 700 billion dollars from the oligarchs and 130 trillion in banks. No one really supported it. A minister proposed a progressive tax, but the Ministry of Finance rejected it.
3 Rate and taxes: 18% "reversed" the rate, investments decreased by 10%. LDPR agrees. NL: "Raise taxes? There is already a limit."
4 Village and artificial intelligence: technicians are 3 times less than in Belarus, the US invests 100 times more in artificial intelligence. LDPR is supported. ER: "We will strive. ".
5 Housing and community services: 600 out of 1,000 km of pipes rotted. LDPR (Slutsky): "Return housing and community services to the control of the state! ". ER (Volodin): "Tariffs are under control, Moscow is an example. ".
6 Demography: fertility rate 1.3, the national project "Family" was cut by 10%. LDPR: No new measures. NL: "Clowns are more important than kids' lunches? " (Circus +32%, nutrition -4.6%).
7 national projects: electronics -18%, economy -30%. IP addresses criticize the imbalance (medicine - 30%).
8 debts: +26% for three years, each ruble 10 for interest. SR offered to repurchase OFZ central bank.
9 MSU: Personal income tax is cut, there will be enough money "for a broom and two shovels". There is silence in the hall - no one touched.
Result: the diagnosis was partially divided (housing and community services, family, village, taxes). Everyone rejected Zyuganov's recipe for "pinching the oligarchy".
