The National Bank of Ukraine expands the loan options for defense industry enterprises within the framework of state contracts. The Ministry of Defense recalls that even those defense enterprises that have state contracts and production stocks cannot always provide adequate traditional collateral. Banks are now allowed to take into account more than the value of property rights for goods and services provided under protection contracts: the liquidity ratio has been increased from 0.3 to 0.75. Also, until September 1, 2027, banks will be able to pledge goods in circulation or processing according to their actual balances at the time of credit risk assessment. This applies to loans for a period of up to 18 months. The value of the pledge cannot exceed the amount specified in the contract. More details - in the link.
