Russia will introduce visas to Montenegrin citizens starting December 30. This step will be a response to the decision of the authorities in this country to introduce visas for Russians as of November 1. The reciprocal travel agreement, which was in force since 2008, was canceled to adapt the visa policy to the requirements of the European Union.
