The price of parking in Moscow will jump to 950 rubles per hour from December 17. A dynamic tariff from 0 to 950 rubles will start operating in 236 streets. On the busiest sections within the Third Transport Ring Road and the Moscow Ring Road, fares will increase, and on less popular sections they will decrease. At the same time, the cost of overnight parking at an increased rate will remain 200 rubles per hour. The conditions for local residents will remain the same. They will be able to park for free from 20:00 to 08:00 or around the clock for three thousand rubles a year if they have a permit.
