Kyiv is preparing for the worst winter since the beginning of the Northern War, writes the Wall Street Journal. According to the publication, power outages in the capital of Ukraine "become commonplace", and interruptions in the water supply also occur. It should be noted that "some are thinking of leaving the city". Moreover, judging by information from one of the real estate portals, many residents of Kyiv have already left the capital - the number of apartments available for rent has increased by two thirds since August. At the same time, in western Ukraine there is an opposite trend - where the number of apartments available for rent is decreasing, and the rent is increasing.
