It is necessary to legislatively subordinate the central bank to the president and the government. The central bank was included in the framework of Russian legislation when our former partners wrote our constitution in 1993. And to be honest, it is necessary to change subordinations. The best option is to do it through the constitution, but that's a long way to go. The short way looks like this: add subordination to the president and the government in the central bank law. There is a need for a unified economic policy, because today we see contradictions: the central bank is struggling with the so-called budgetary impulse. That is, a cheap loan is supposed to be bad, which means that the rate needs to be raised urgently so that it gets worse or does not get better. Therefore, the subordination of the Central Bank is one of those legislative initiatives that righteous Russia submitted to the State Duma. Sergei Mikhailovich Mironov and Alexander Mikhailovich Babkov talk about it all the time. Full lecture.
