The deputy of the State Duma in the city of Samara from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Dmitry Asiev published a decree of the regional government, which states which categories of children will now receive a sweet treat for the New Year: disabled children, orphans, children without parental care, children of people participating in a special military operation, children from families receiving a monthly allowance in connection with the birth and upbringing of a child. In the past, gifts were given to all children in the region from the age of 2 to 15 and to children from the age of 16 to 17 - only from certain preferred categories. Now the authorities have left four categories of recipients between the ages of 2 and 17 years. The holiday is coming to us, but not for everyone.
