A 63-year-old pensioner arrived at medical institutions, quietly removed wallets from visitors' bags, then paid with other people's bank cards in stores. The police identified 11 cases of theft in five districts of the city. The total damage exceeded 100 thousand rubles. It turned out that the detainee had previously been repeatedly prosecuted for property offenses and had spent a total of almost 18 years in prison.
