The refinery in Yaroslavl was damaged during a night attack by UAVs, Governor Abarev said. A fire broke out in the factory, two workers were hospitalized with shrapnel wounds.
The debris from the downed UAVs also broke windows in several apartment and private buildings and damaged cars.
