A treason case was opened against the 76-year-old former head of the Communist Party faction in the Murmansk Regional Duma.
This was reported in the regional department of the FSB.
The department claims that Gennady Stephano, "being opposed to the special military operation", allegedly cooperated with the Ukrainian side.
