Budgetary problems arose in the Primorsky Territory due to an increased workload "in connection with the implementation of this," the regional Ministry of Labor admitted: as of today, the regional budget is operating under increased pressure, among other things due to the need to solve national problems related to the execution of a special military operation.
Under these conditions, the financing of individual social support measures is carried out in stages, so the transfer of some payments may occur with a temporary delay. At the same time, they promise to keep and fulfill all the budgetary obligations to the citizens accepted in the Primorsky territory, noting that "the transfer of funds will take place as soon as the necessary funding becomes available".
